美國味全紐澤西分公司 儲備倉儲管理人員 (Assistant Warehouse Supervisor)
Job Description:
‧ Running site with safety and efficiency as priorities
‧ Creation of daily work logs
‧ Audit of daily labor and billing reports
‧ Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis.
‧ Document and resolve any customer service or associate issues daily.
‧ Ensure all associates follow policies and work rules including safety work
rules.
‧ Hold monthly safety meetings and ensure associate participation.
‧ Scheduling associate shifts based on customer requirements.
‧ Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed.
Qualification:
‧ 3 years of supervisory / leadership experience in an industrial setting.
‧ Proven experience in providing high levels of customer service to internal
and external customers.
‧ Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
‧ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
‧ Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
‧ Ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
‧ Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions in a fast paced
environment.
Education & Experiences:
‧ Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Third Party experience preferred
‧ BS/BA Degree or Associates Degree with Equivalent Experience is a plus but
no required

google一下Wei-Chuan + FDA/USDA...新聞很多,09年後我就放棄他們的產品了,倒不是因為滅不滅頂的問題

他們的德州廠出過老鼠問題,後來解決了;當然也會影響名譽

中國人果然比較注重吃，不然哪家公司沒出過問題，都要等著被噓了。還是台灣人愛噓台灣來的公司?

照這樣講的話costco早就該倒好幾回了,從2013的肝炎病毒污染2014沙門氏菌污染到前兩個月大腸桿菌污染,每年都有,甲害...

我覺的水餃蠻難吃的，倒是餛飩不錯

同意AM0UR舉例,美國各大超市如Safeway,Kroger等,每年都不時宣布召回問題食品,那些食品供應商通常也不倒閉,了不起罰些錢,改善後再檢驗過關就繼續營業.
