Mechanical Engineer

Duties include the followings (other duties may be assigned or removed upon
requirement):
- Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to
ensure maximum production.
- Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for
improvements.
- Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production
activities.
- Provides training and guidance to team members to accomplish production
goals.
- Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and
reliability.
- Report tools and jigs failure analysis and solution
- Always keep the work in safety condition and follow the safety rules.
- Automatic control experience is a plus
- NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - need to be able to work all shifts flexibly when
job demands.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- B.S. of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Ability to provide engineering support for production and maintenance
activities to ensure maximum production.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills as well as administrative
management skills.
- Able to use hand and power tools, lift up to 30 lb
- Working Knowledge in Manufacturing Processes Validations, Equipment
Inspection, root cause analysis and statistical process control principles
- Working Knowledge in DOE Design of Experiments and NPI New Product

之前聽 HR 說似乎最高25/hr不知道改了沒

25/hr有點心酸的感覺

25比海邊還低吧

這個待遇太慘了吧....

而且還夜班……

$25/hr就差不多年薪50k 阿彌陀佛捏

其實孤狗很多contractor時薪也是20幾塊而已.

看病其實滿貴的,好像六七千日幣,但至少我有得到診療,而且相比以前居住在法國,這個醫療費用已經很合理並且跟台灣的醫師一樣有效率.

25/hr不是印度外包才敢開出來的數字嗎...

ICC有美國學歷一般不會低到25..真的只有台商才有這個臉

還一堆台商要員工用免簽進來工作，這算好一些（往下比）
