由於我在上一篇推文提到我們公司有在找C++工程師，可以幫忙內推，目前收到兩位版友
詢問，在這邊提供更詳細的訊息，有興趣的版友可以寄站內信給我 :)
我們公司位在東京都內，是大型金控下的Fintech子公司，公司目前有一半以上都是非日
本籍的外國人，大約有超過40個國家的員工。
今年因為投資了一些台灣Fintech相關的公司，跟台灣的接觸比較多，公司希望我幫忙找
台灣籍的工程師加入我們正在進行的各種Projects，不限制只住在日本的人，我最近才剛
幫我們公司從台灣招了幾個工程師來。
目前比較需要的是C++工程師跟FPGA的工程師（下面會提供Qualification)，另外也有在
找資料分析師 (Data Scientists、Data Analyst) 及各種軟體工程師。
語言方面：
(1) C++ 工程師：
Intermediate的工程師語言能力要求比較低，至少要能基本英文溝通跟看懂英文資料和信
件，不會日文沒關係，會的話算加一點分XD
Senior的工程師英文要求會比較高，至少聽說讀寫要有Business Level以上，希望能夠有
帶一個team的能力。
(2) FPGA工程師：需要Business Level的英文或日文。

以下為C++ 工程師的Qualification：
《Intermediate Engineers》
Requirements：
‧ 3+ years of development experience in modern C++
‧ Developed customer facing production applications
‧ Proven ability to write efficient, readable, modular, testable, maintainabl
e code
‧ Familiar with TDD, CI/CD, and Agile development principles
‧ Proficient in reading and writing English
Nice to have:
‧ Experience in cryptocurrency development
‧ Practical knowledge in scripting langauges
‧ Practical knowledge in ZeroMQ, gRPC, Redis
‧ Practical knowledge in relational databases, particularly SQL
(初步底薪Range: 600~800萬日幣)
《Senior Engineer》
Requirements：
‧ Senior level experience in developing modern C++ applications
‧ Proven ability to lead teams in delivering high quality, on-time, fit for p
urpose applications
‧ Proven ability to provide timely, actionable feedback in code reviews
‧ Proven ability to write efficient, readable, modular, testable, maintainabl
e code
‧ Fluent in idiomatic English
Nice to have:
‧ Lead teams in developing distributed, event driven C++ applications
‧ Experience with writing rock solid concurrent C++ applications
‧ Experience in deploying and orchestrating applications with Kubernetes + Do
cker
‧ Excellent communication skills
(初步底薪Range: 800~1200日幣)
