Job description:
This software engineering position is to support for BSP on Qualcomm
Snapdragon SoC and Android/Linux OS for mobile/automotive products as part of
the customer engineering team of Qualcomm Japan. Especially, person in this
position will be responsible for developing/supporting power management
process of OS which is used for automotive products.The work scope includes
but not limit to customer Q&A, analyzing troubleshooting of problem and
collaborating with development team, on-site support, proposing design,
providing trainings. Minimum Qualifications
Proficient in coding with C/C++, and experience in assembly- 5+ years
experience in embedded system development.- Experiences in software design
and implementation- Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability with
sufficient tools(i.e. ADB, GDB, JTAG and so on)- Deep knowledge of
Linux/Android OS.
Ability to build good relationship with customer and internal team
Preferred Qualifications:
experience of software development on Android/Linux/AGL/QNX.
experience of software development of power management (suspend/resume etc)
This position is located either in Tokyo.

Job description
The engineer supports customer for BSP(Board Support Package) software on
Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC which is used for products of Mobile phone,
Automotive, IoT with giving trouble shooting by having close communication
with customer, on-site/off-site debug or providing training. The engineer
will act as point of contact to Japanese customer and collaborate with
internal team, and have scrum meeting or visit customer if necessary.
*This position can be located either in Tokyo,Nagoya or Osaka.
(Peripheral): Similar with above job description but focus on peripheral area.
(I2C/SPI/PCIE...), this position is located in Tokyo.
