Senior Project Manager
【工作內容＆需求條件】
Responsibilities:
1.Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span across one or multiple
lines of business.
2.Assume ownership of topics related to assigned projects for relevant tasks,
procedures, regulatory survey/submissions/certification or queries.
Coordinate one or more teams through brainstorming concepts, documenting
clear project requirements, and delivering quality.
3.Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members
to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project
milestones.
4.Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include
full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several
minor initiatives simultaneously.
5.Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program
is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.
6.Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment to
management.
7.Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project.
8.Procure/identify adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned
timeframes.
9.Act as an internal quality control check for the project.
10.Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
11.Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work
experience.
2.5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning
projects.
3.5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a
cross-functional matrix environment.
4.Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of
business needs.
5.Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across
multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective.
6.PMP certificate holder preferred.

Art Director - UI & Visual Design
【工作內容】
About The Role
We are seeking to hire an experienced Art Director to take responsibility for
making sure all visual aspects of our game meet the expectations of the
leadership team and ultimately, the quality of our project. You'll work
directly and indirectly with all artists, forming partnerships with the wider
team, with a strong focus on the big picture.
Responsibilities
－Contribute to the game’s UI & artistic vision with the multiple art teams to
set the style and tone for the game
－Create key art pieces that define the game
－Build, and maintain the game's Art approach and philosophy
Create and manage art pipelines (internal and external) together with
department leads
－Conduct regular reviews of in-game content as well as material
－Balance visual quality and technical performance
－Ensure the creation and review of style guides for all visual disciplines
－Lead and improve team rituals to support high quality craft and individual
growth
－You will accomplish your mission with complete autonomy if the need arises;
－you're dedicated in finding creative and effective solutions to vigilantly
eliminate difficult problems
Qualifications
－Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in the creation and direction of Art
with ideal experience in User Interfaces (UI) within the game industry.
－Excellent eye for graphical quality and knowledge of techniques used to
achieve visual targets
－Strong understanding of usability and user experience
Deep understanding of all departments and phases of game development
－Experience in building a team and managing people
－A strong communicator and able to convey abstract/sophisticated ideas in a
concise way
薪資：
Senior Project Manager - 8000-12000 SGD
Art Director - 15000-20000 SGD
