如果你的下載量低於10 GB，你必須分享率高於0.3。
如果你有超過10 GB的下載，你必須分享率高於0.4 。
如果你有超過20 GB的下載，你必須分享率高於0.5 。
如果你有超過50 GB下載，你必須分享率高於0.6 。
如果你有超過100 GB的下載，你必須分享率高於0.7。
分享率未達標：自註冊之日起，如果沒有達到上述標準，將會被系統警告，警告一週後仍
然沒有改善的，會被系統自動Ban掉。
