Pacers and Spurs reached agreement on a trade surrounding Doug McDermott's
departure.
Pacers get a future second-round pick, create a trade exception.
Spurs receiving McDermott, future second and option to pick swap a future
second.
Indiana will create a $7.4M trade exception in the sign-and-trade.
