James Jones is likely 3 years away from being a GM - Being the front man of
an organization. The leader. He has no level of real experience. Now Sarver
has hired and elevated people like that before in organization but just means
that he (Sarver) is likely calling the shots.

Have to wonder if the lack of development of Dragan Bender in recent months
was the final straw. Or was it trading away the most valuable draft pick in
2021 for a player who won't start or maybe that it's Oct 8th and Phoenix
still has no starting caliber point guard
