Take a deep breath and relax, Pisces. Everything you are worried about
will not be any worse if you choose to calm down and center yourself. You
may be working yourself into a tizzy over some mistake you made or some
choice that went wrong. Maybe you feel foolish. Maybe you feel guilty.
But none of that is productive or helpful. You are a good person, and if
you need to remind yourself of that fifty times a day, then do so. Take
back your self-esteem and start treating yourself better. You have nothing
to feel bad about.
