it isn't healthy to ruminate until you descend into a spiral of worry.
Everyone has days when the world seems against them or when there seems to be
more problems than time to solve them. You have to set a "worry limit." Allow
yourself some time to think strategically and figure things out, but when you
go to sleep at night, you need to metaphorically hand off your worries to the
universe and trust that it will work to help you solve them. You should wake
