feeling anger towards someone else. But do you see how this works? Someone
else hurts you or does something that causes you to feel anger, and then
you are the one who suffers for it because your anger hurts you, not the
other person. Anger is a choice though. Don't allow anyone else's words or
actions to take away your peace. You do have that option. Keep reminding
yourself of that.
