最近才開始學Python
然後我看完下面這個影片
(剛剛發文時發現文章裡不能有縮網址的連結...)
Youtube搜尋 Python Programming Tutorial - 6 - Installing PyCharm
大概6分20秒 他說第一次要先點滑鼠右鍵 然後點 Run '檔名'
結果我按了卻出現以下這串字
Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: can't initialize sys standard streams
LookupError: unknown encoding: x-windows-950

請問是出了什麼問題?

錯誤丟google看看 通常找的到答案（不會只有你碰過）

Setting->Edior->FileEncoding裡的設定改成utf-8
