研究目的：
The survey is for understanding the foreign people’s opinions
about their willingness, experiences and demands to start a business in
Taiwan. It’s hoped that you can spend 10 – 15 minutes sharing your precious
experiences. To thank you for finishing the survey, we will need your name,
phone number, and E-mail address to give you a 50 NTD gift certificate. These
personal information will only be used by this survey, and ALWAYS remain
strictly confidential.　This survey is only for foreigners, and will check
the questionnaire logic after collecting the data. The gift certificate will
be sent after your questionnaire was confirmed as an effective questionnaire.
