但這裡的with應該是隨著……的意思和suffer無關

去翻翻字典，under若是指「在...影響之下」，其所接的受詞多半都隱含有「負面的」「有重東西壓著」的感覺例如像是pressure/control/threat/attack...當然也有一些受詞是較難以此推論的：discussion/reviewconstruction/consideration...建議還是多看多背另外是有suffer with的用法的。AHD寫著：[...] In medical usage "suffer with" is sometimesemployed with reference to the pain or discomfortcaused by a condition [...]但注意到這裡不是suffer with，是suffer [DP] with...所以應把with用本意解釋(即當adjunct)，而不是做suffer的complement
