我的寫法：
Delicious foods always soothe my soul - especially those hot foods which people are willing to wait for.
1. 不需要can，這是口語中翻英
2. 英文中也有破折號
3. 英語講求簡潔those that are so famous = those famous foods, 你原本的寫法太冗長
4. that, which請交錯用，不要連用兩個，一個句子用到三個的話建議斷句
5. hot比famous好，我覺得啦，hot才是搶手要排隊的感覺，羅浮宮很有名但你不一定愛藝術想去，手搖杯在台灣很hot，基本上人人想喝
6. 我最後選用which是因為根據我的語感，純代替的這種情況下，that比較口語
7. need to 也是口語直翻，我想用willing to比較好，講大家願意排隊
8. 比較常看到an hour，one hour我很少見
9. 不過我把an hour刪掉了，除非你想強調再適當的加進去
