備 註：目前房客為兩名二十多歲男性上班族，希望可以找到友善開朗的新室友。我
們對性別沒有對特別限制，
年齡則希望與我們差不多，上班族或學生都可以接受，只希望不要有不良行為
以及影響到其他室友的作息。
我們家歡迎開伙，我們偶而也會在家裡煮飯；若不會煮飯的話，樓下也有很多餐廳可供外
食。室內禁菸禁止養寵物，我們也有規定輪值打掃公共區域，希望可以跟我們一起把家裡
維護得乾乾淨淨的。

Current tenants are 2 male salarymen at their mid-20s. We are looking forward
to a new housemate who is around our age, friendly and open-minded. No limit
to gender and occupation as long as long as you are well-mannered and
respectful.
Feel free to cook; and if you don’t know how to cook, there are several
restaurants around our apartment so that you won’t starve here. However,
smoking and pet are prohibited in our apartment. And we all will need to keep
the public area neat and clean together.
