嗨，這間房子總共有四間房間，除了待租的一間房間之外（此室友住到本月１５號），
其他三間室友分別為兩個法國女生，一個美國女生（原ＰＯ為男友與她住一間套房），
有兩個共用的廁所，其中一間是浴室，因我們這間套房已經有廁所，所以不用擔心內
急沒廁所用。
房間大小約莫四坪，內含一個雙人床、桌子、開放式衣架，有對外窗戶，非常安靜！
室內空間有還挺大的客廳及餐廳，當然，想下廚的話還有廚房，配備都很齊全，烤箱
大小甚至可以烤全雞...洗衣間備有洗衣機及烘乾機。
這房子更棒的是室外空間，有個非常大的陽台，非常適合工作後的晚上在外面休息，
假日時也可在外面烤肉。若遇到下雨也不用擔心，有個半室外的陽台，玻璃帷幕，
也很適合在這邊休息放鬆。
住在這間房子額外的好處是室友們都很隨和，可以常常跟室友們聊天，增加許多接觸
英文和法文的機會。
這間房子非常大，活動空間非常足夠，不會有壓迫感。同時也因為每週會請清潔小姐
所以不但不用擔心打掃的問題，房子還是時常保持乾淨的狀態。
因為不但是您在找房子，女生們也希望找到好室友，因此在看屋的時候我們也會跟你

My roommates and I are currently looking for a new roommate for a short or
long term rent from the 20th of November. We are two French girls and one
American girl living in a big and beautiful house, located in a quiet and
calm area, 5 min by walk from Xinhai MRT (brown line), closed to shops,
restaurants and street market.
It's a 4 bedroom house fully furnished, it has a living room, a dining room,
a kitchen, a laundry (with a washing machine and dryer), a veranda and the
more important, a big terrace where we can have some barbecues.
The room for rent is also furnished (a bed and a closet and possibly a desk).
The bathroom will be shared with the two French girls.
The rent is 10,000nts + 2months deposit rent. Utilities and internet are not
included.
The house is hudge so we also have a very nice cleaning lady who comes once a
week.
We are looking for a rommate who is willing to participate in the daily life
of the house and share some nice moments with us so that we can live in a
pleasant, funny and friendly environment.
