小型辦公室類的Creative Offices中的Graphic Designers
中型辦公室類的 Creative and Technical Office中的兩項
Drafting Studio及Architectural Practice都是
以上兩種建的夠多就能解鎖工程及科技業

電梯:3x1(只能從一樓開始、中間不能中斷)
管道間:1x1(電力、電視、電話整合為一個,自來水及瓦斯整合為一個)
變電箱、水錶、瓦斯錶、電話交換機、電視訊號箱

(只能建在地下,第下一層是管道層,若是往其他樓層移動要用管道間
沒有距離問題,可以將裝置集中在其中一棟建物中)

科技業的產生方法,可以確定辦公室類型直接相關高等級的辦公室產出
Of the Small Creative Offices, Graphic Designers count as technical but
Talent Agents don't.
Of the Medium Offices, both the Drafting and Architectural count.
Of the Large Offices, Engineering and Tech count, so that once you have some
Large offices built, you could evict some of the Small and Medium tenants.
I'm not sure if it matters whether the Tech office is a Finance Start-up,
Media Start-up or Biotech Start-Up.
If the target number is, as others have said 15, then it seems that the
contributions are Small 0.5 and Medium 1.
The Large seem to count for 2 (4 if the Tech HQ doesn't count for anything).

其實我們比較想知道各種單位的搭配互動,而不是這種數據例如水電供應裝置和配電盤本身不需要拉線,這就很重要另外還有高效率的樓面布局方式,這些更值得分享這款大樓允許子母樓這種分棟規劃,有沒有分棟的優缺分享?另外就是,因為各租間的後勤要求很多,一不小心就一堆遷出,租戶遷出的收益損失不說,還留下垃圾要建築工收拾關鍵擴張時刻往往就是這樣噴錢 + 人力調度不及而崩盤那個電梯的設定,支援範圍小、又不能擴增梯廂,明顯是不同思維設備。當然可以打造電梯井比模擬大樓密集的建築但是他跟樓梯的搭配就很怪,似乎也沒有轉搭的效益我覺得佈局還是完整為主,因為距離電梯過遠而不滿的房間只要調降房租就好,如此還是留得下住戶,比留白更效益我仔細看一下......你的布局中,運輸是電梯+樓梯+管道這樣是把樓梯當成電梯失火的備用?還是把樓梯當施工梯?管道配電間蓋了三份,看起來是為了分棟做準備?對,這裡必須探討一下:異味和噪音,究竟是靠樓梯就能隔還是距離要拉很開?或是根本要分棟或分層才行?我存兩個檔,分不太清楚商辦區和住宅區要分棟或分層好美食或商店區是確定要同層不分棟比較有效率另外那個建築工辦公室不能拆遷,真的很煩心 一.一或許由左而右:商辦購物混合、高階辦公百貨、住宅公寓這樣三子大樓,中間用空橋連節,會比較有效率....不過大拆遷意味著財務大失血...

分層就OK了吧 商辦有些種類不怕噪音異味的可以當緩衝區差不多2-3層左右就能有效隔絕 住宅幾乎都偏好高樓層所以差不多就由下至上美食->商場->辦公室->住宅
