前陣子在製作英文履歷時
為了避免格式跑掉都一定會轉成pdf才會送出去
結果前幾天請了一位十幾年經驗的美國recruiter看我的履歷以後
給了其中一個建議:
"Do NOT create a PDF document out of doc – some older applicant
tracking systems cannot parse or upload PDF files and coming from a
recruiter, we hate getting them – some hiring managers we send your
information to don't even have Adobe installed to view it. You are better
off sticking with Word."
