□ 工作內容：
Our team is in charge of the whole tech stack on our Linux based IoT device,
which is all the way from kernel / drivers to the application layer.
We're expecting you to be good at the range between system and
application programming.
* Use Go / Python to build network clients / servers or system services.
* Integrate Flo's API over MQTT / WebSocket / RESTful.
* Write unit tests.
* Improve system stability and performance.
* Modify the build system (Yocto) and kernel config.
* Tweak system services such as systemd.
□ 能力、經歷要求：
Must have：
* Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
* Familiar with C.
* Familiar with Go or Python.
* Familiar with object-oriented programming.
* Familiar with multi-threaded programming and system programing.
* Familiar with asynchronous or reactive programming.
* Familiar with writing testable code.
* Good coding style, naming and sense to code.
* Familiar with using HTTP / TLS / RESTful / MQTT / WebSocket.
* Solid knowledge of operating system
(process / thread / system call / user space / kernel space / IPC / lock...)
* Familiar with any of popular linux distributions, especially embedded linux
like Yocto or OpenWrt.
* Experience in command line tool and shell script.
* Familiar with Git and GitHub workflow.
* Good communication skills.
Nice to have：
* Familiar with any famous language other than C, Go, and Python.
* Experience in developing Linux kernel device driver.
* Experience in U-Boot.
* Experience in OTA and filesystem.
* Experience in systemd.
* Experience in Linux network configuration.
* Experience in tuning Wi-Fi performance.
* Experience in embedded Linux.
* Experience in Yocto building system.
* Experience in gdb / strace / ltrace / objdump / debugfs...etc.
* Experience in hardware debugging / Multimeter / Oscilloscope /
Logic Analyzer.
* Experience in GPIO / UART/ SPI / I2C / USB... etc.
* Experience in Agile development, such as Scrum.
* Experience in using and configuring CI / CD.
* Experience in API design / software architecture.
* A Linux power user or a member of any open source community.
Required education and training：
* A bachelor or higher degree.
* 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
* A strong background in computer programming can be beneficial.

While the entire software team members are distributed globally,
the embedded team is mostly dedicated in Taipei.
We're now looking for a senior embedded software engineer to help us building
a productive and completed developing environment.
Here you can expect to work with our DevOps, Data, Cloud teams remotely
through Jira, Confluence, GitHub, GitLab, Slack, Grafana, Kafka, Snowflake
and lots of other open source and proprietary tools.
Additionally, we do stand-up meetings every morning with our product team
in LA over Zoom.
