Light Rain Resistance, the Ultimate Alpine is not only windproof; it also off
ers greater protection against light rain and snow than normal WINDSTOPPER긠pr
oducts. All the seams have also been bonded from the inside with waterproof ta
pe. All the drawstrings run around the inside of the jacket to give wind as fe
w contact surfaces as possible. The hood has a high-cut collar and functions a
s a protective shield against wind and weather. Ventilation zippers under the
arms increase the breathability and complete the functional design. The Ultima
te Alpine is the ultimate jacket for activities for which weather protection a
nd breathability are important: ski touring, mountain touring and ice climbing
