各位版友好,我是上次越南版GTAV事件的其中一位買家。
事情的後續是,買家透過向客服申訴,將GTAV回復成禮物,
再將禮物送還給賣家。
就我透過賣家得到的訊息是,有3位買家已經成功回復成禮物並送還給賣家。
但我向客服申訴時,得到的都是制式回應,回應如下 :
Steam game subscriptions, CD keys, and redeemed gifts are non-transferable
and cannot be reset or moved between Steam accounts.
We will be unable to transfer games or items between accounts. In order to
play a game, you must be logged in to the account on which that game was
originally activated or purchased.
Similarly, Steam Support cannot move in-game items between accounts, and
Steam accounts cannot be merged.
已經申訴兩次,兩次都是同樣回應。現在已經不知道該如何處理了....
所以現在想請比較瞭解steam條規的版友幫幫忙,為啥別人就可以申訴成功,
小弟就一直被鬼打牆 = =。
