所以我草擬了一封信供有需要的人自行修改取用

輸入電子郵件地址後
在 Subject 欄填入「Total War Bundle: Region Restricted Keys for Taiwan」
Message 欄:
"Dear Humble Ninja,
I am a customer from Taiwan who bought the Humble Total War Bundle last
month. I was looking forward to play Shogun 2 and Napoleon when I saw the two
titles included in the bundle. However, as it turned out, the keys you
provided for the two titles couldn't be activated in Taiwan. As disappointed a
s
I was, I thought that there may be mistakes involved in the process and the
region restrictions may eventually be lifted - an assumption that was later
confirmed by my fellow countrymen who had contacted you and received your
positive response.
However, I have just learned from them that you ultimately decided not to
lift the region restrictions for the keys and refunded them while letting them
keep the keys. So, I am submitting this request to inquire whether I can enjoy
the same benefit and get a refund as well. I love Total War games, I enjoy
your service, and I will truly appreciate your kind assistance on this issue.

由於我不確定 Humble 會不會對所有台灣客戶採行「退款送序號」的政策
所以上面這封信是提供給想保留序號的版友採用
如果不在意序號,無論如何都要取得退款
可以在第二段改用更強硬的措辭
例如把「to inquire whether I can enjoy the same benefit and get a refund as
well」改成「I want to ask for a refund」
至於下面的 Request Type 欄,則可自由選擇「Bundles/Games」或「Refund」(只想要退
款就選這個吧)
都填好後就可以送出了
後面似乎還有一些資料要填,但我的 Request 是將近一個月前提的
所以我也忘記有哪些資料了
只要記得填入 Transaction ID 就好
