An impressed experiment from Jessica about the organic day
Our host, Jessica shared her trip to Provence and she arranged the companies
to live organically and farming.
Because of the toxic food provided by the dishonest businessmen, it inspired
Jessica to plan and introduce the organic life around the world, which are
San Francisco, Japan, Taiwan, and so on. Today, she brought us to Provence.
Instead of long stay, she took people to stay a week and learning the
gardening and farming. It did not need a large land and they used a basket or
a ladder to put the plants and fertilize them.
In the meanwhile, she gave some common senses how the dining ways in Paris,
which includes well-dressed, not rushing the waiter to deliver food and not
modifying the menu to show respect to the restaurant and chef.
During the staying, they learned cooking skills from Michelin Chef and got
the ingredients from nature. They also played “Petangue” in the field,
which was a simple method to play ball. Jessica showed us the winery photos
and all guests enjoyed the sketching by themselves. All blissers also painted
the scenery of Provence and expressed their feelings about what they think of
Provence‘s living style.
These visitors met some architects and see the architecture and museum. The
names of the architecture made all blissers open-minded and surprised. The
houses in caves or castles the architects and designer live in are special.
The cave keeps the original light and green plants around. The castle has
been 300 year-old but the owner maintains it well.
In the end of meeting, Jessica taught us the types of herbs and brought the
actual herbs for us to experience them. Thanks to Jessica to give us an
organic and exotic afternoon.
