for migrants who had hoped to reach Europe via Algeria or Libya and are being
forcibly sent home. Migrant children are being expelled to Niger in growing

government negotiations currently underway on the UN Global Compacts for
Migration and on Refugees, UNICEF is calling for stronger cross-border
solutions to keep children safe.
