在獨立口說或者獨立寫作，考生常常遇到preference 題目，
也就是要從兩個選項裡，選出自己比較perfer哪一個選項，以及理由，並解釋其理由。
Joyce老師上課的時候，會舉例大家比較喜歡吃牛肉麵 vs. 陽春麵?
要同學想想你選擇的一方『有』甚麼，是另一方所『沒有』的。
好比說: 牛肉麵有肉而陽春麵沒有肉。
牛肉麵有鹹鹹辣辣濃郁湯頭但陽春麵卻是湯頭清淡。
依照這樣的邏輯來思考我們的論點。
再來一題
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Watching movies at home is more fun than seeing movies in a cinema?
假設我選擇at home, 那我就會想甚麼是在家看電影可以做，但去電影院看電影無法做的。
這題目簡單，重點關鍵字FUN圈起來，然後論證的選擇就是 at home or in a cinema.
很自然想到的就是在家裡可以走來走去，可以隨時暫停影片，可以跟朋友大叫大笑，
可以很自由。
