之前在顧問時間時，
有同學問到整合題在轉述教授或主講同學意見的時態應該為何。
具體來說，他想知道:
1)轉述的動詞(reporting verb)時態應該如何才正確
(如:應該用The professor "explains", a student "proposes"
還是 the professo "explained", a student "proposed"等)
2)轉述子句的時態
如: 當主講人說"Four parking lots were closed last year"
回答時到底要說
The student mentioned that four parking lots were closed last year 還是
The student mentioned that four parking lots had been closed the year
before
