手機排版傷眼抱歉
近期要寄成績了發現ets帳號的first name忘記加hyphen（名字中間的一槓），雖然不影響
考試但還是怕成績寄失敗，所以寄email給ets請他們幫忙加。
沒想到晚上九點寄信，十一點就改好了！說好的美國效率呢？但也有可能是我參考前人經驗
（板上有一篇文分享類似經驗，不過是用電話）提供的資訊正確所以處理得快，於是想分享
我的處理過程。

以下是我寄給[email protected]的信件內容：
Dear ETS Support Team,
My ETS ID is [你的ETS ID], and my birthday is [你的生日].
I realized that I forgot to include a hyphen in my ETS account's first name. Wou
ld it be possible for you to add it on my behalf?
The original last name displayed on my account is "[原本的名字]," and I would li
ke to change it to “[想改的名字]."
Thank you for your assistance.

信件有附上護照的照片。
