小弟我無法了解此句should的用法

請問有”the most minute of mistakes”的用法嗎?
字典顯示minute做為”微小的”解釋時為形容詞
感覺應該是把of刪掉比較正確
即the most minute mistakes

請問have前面是不是少了主詞?
