之前有人問過一模一樣的問題，(A) offer 和 (C) offers 都是正確的答案，正式 TOEIC 不會有這種題目，怪物講師的閱讀(part.5)和聽力(esp. part.2)有些題目兩個答案都正確。Please note that the sentence structure "one of+plural noun/ pronoun + who" takes either a singular or plural verb. (單複數型都正確 ) Yet, aplural verb is more grammatical (但複數型較合乎文法) because a relative prounoun (關係代名詞) is closely preceeded by the antecedent (前置詞).
