其實你說有難度，這個在邏輯上很詭異，因為任何題目都有難度，即便是給初學者的英文
題目，也都有所謂的難度，你的標題對我來說是很詭異的。
然後就是，這兩題其實不難，ㄎㄎ。
好了，廢話太多，我來解題吧。
123.

(A) account
(B) accounts
(C) accounting
(D) accountant
[解析]：
這種看選項就知道應該要先分析句子構造的題目，基本上第一步驟，就是把主要動詞找出
來。所以：
Sales from the Plainlee Organics juice line ___ for less than 25 percent of
￣S￣ ￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣介片￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣ ￣V￣
the company's total revenue.
從這個結構看出來，橫看豎看都要放動詞，加上主詞是複數的Sales，就不可能選(B)的ac
counts，答案就選(A)account啦。
accounting n. 會計
accoutant n. 會計師
account for 動詞片語：1. 佔去 2. 解釋
說實話，這題你只要肯查字典，根本沒必要問啦。

[解析]：
這題還好一點點，不過一樣字要分析句子構造的題目，所以：
The city ___ that all buildings pass an inspection does not apply to historic
￣S￣ ￣￣￣V￣￣￣
landmarks.
既然句子裡已經有主動動詞does not apply了，就表示答案只要是可以當作一般動詞的選
項，就一定是錯誤的，畢竟一個句子裡面只可以有一個主要動詞。
用這樣的邏輯來看，(A)跟(B)直接出局。只剩下(C)跟(D)可以選擇。
假使答案是(C) required，那表示是由關係代名詞作主格的化簡，那麼本來會是：
which is required
但是這樣並沒有辦法解釋為什麼後面會多了一個that引導的句子，就算個一萬步你要說這
個that子句當作受詞好了，那也不可能，因為required是被動，後面根本不可能加受詞。
所以，答案只有(D) requirement可以選。填入空格，句子分析就會是：
The city requirement [that all buildings pass an inspection] does not apply to
