我是沒看過原始的題目，但這樣改應該比較通順
前面是一個名詞子句
『○○公司的員工被公司補償』
後面才是主要子句
『如果因工作導致的受傷應該會損害他們的能力』
注意前面是用現在式「are」
所以後面的主要子句是與現在相反的假設，用should
