英文不好, 隨便翻翻別介意
說真的啦, 依台中這樣一個小城市來說, 不是什麼國際級都市, 資源和排名83名
的台北市比起來更是少得可憐(我們統籌分配款有台北市的1/5嗎?)。
竟然有辦法排上前100名, 真的很了不起。

我想找台中的評分資料還找不到Taichung這選項, 只有Taipei....
