EXPO ENTRANCE FEES

I hope that all is going well in the final weeks ahead of the opening of the
Taichung World Flora Expo 2018.
希望最後幾周花博的準備狀況會一切順利
It have come to my attention that
some people in Taichung are calling for entrance
to your EXPO to be made available to taichung citizen free for charge.
我注意到某些台中市的人開始呼籲讓台中市民免費參觀花博
I would urge you not to be distracted by such calls.
我希望敦促你不要被這些要求影響
It is normal to charge a fee for entrance
入園時收取費用是很正常的事
and it would be quite unprecedented for this not to happend.
而永久免費入園則是史無前例的
In fact, AIPH would not support such a decision as such a move would affect
de-value the Expo in the eyes of your citizen and in the eyes of the world

I urge you to have confidence in what you have prepared for your city and not
to seek to de-value your hard work and not to de-value the international brand
