這會使你自己貶低自我,這會使你更難以戒除

Don't allow stress to push you into indulging in an old habit you have been
trying to break away from.
It's very easy to fall back into old habits when things are stressful or life
isn't living up to our hopes and dreams.
That's the worst time, though, to become weak and to engage in a habit that you
have sworn off.
It can demean your self esteem. It can make it even harder to break away from
it for good.
Whether you are trying to quit smoking, eating unhealthy foods, indulging in
too much sugar, or anything else, if you maintain your dedication when times
are tough, the good times will be that much better.
