將重心放在你值得的事物上,並拋棄那些不切實際的想法。

Whenyou intentionally try to chase fear away and focus only on the positive,
it can seem mentally exhausting.
Just reuse to think negative, fearful thoughts and try to replace them with
something-anything-that does not bring worry or fear.
You might choose to think about a dream, a happy event, or anything that
brings a smile to your face.
You don't have to conjure up some amazing idea to replace what frightens
you.
