[討論] When to say "I don't know"? When not?

Hiring manager 問了這個問題:
When is it ok to say, "I don't know"? When is it not ok?
我覺得對內部的時候可以說,對客戶時不能直接說,而要說"我們可以去查/去test/去研究
"blablabla。
但我對這個答案不是很滿意,不知各位前輩有何看法?
ps. 問題是透過email問的,我還沒回覆。

You can say I dont know when someone criticize sth. Dont say I dont know when you report to customer or ur boss:)
