1. HDD field service engineer based in Kaohsiung
2. Maintains automation systems at customer site with excellent performance
3. Develops and maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction and credibi
lity by providing innovative, timely solutions to customer problems
4. Weekly or even daily meeting with customers and Teradyne engineering/ser
vice team.
5. Moderate travel required, both within Asia and to the US to work with t
he larger engineering team and other customer service team
6. Work off shift, 24 x 7 coverage at customer site.
