Our Electrical Engineering team puts the spark into the full hardware developm
ent lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architec
ture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and v
alidation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a chan
ging world. We work closely with designers, cross-functional teams within Dell
Technologies and suppliers to make sure electronic designs meet a range of re
quirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as wel
l as industry standards.

What you’ll achieve
As a Electrical Senior Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for the des
ign and development activities associated with electronic designs. Leads and m
anages all electrical activities inside Dell and ODMs from development to sust
ain phase. Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality and
cutting edge products for our customers.
You will:
Works with the design team, cross functional teams and suppliers to ensure the
design meets requirements for schedule, feature set, functionality, cost, qua
lity, reliability, regulatory compliance, and industry standards compliance.
Reviews original design manufacturer and sub-tier vendor capability to support
product development and production
Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates electronic parts, components or inte
grated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems and ensur
es that designs integrate with rest of product functions including mechanical
and software. Supports specialized electrical sub-systems such as power, batte
ries, communications, graphics, component, memory, etc

Essential Requirements
Bachelor/Master EE with 10+ years of experience on Intel/AMD Hardware Product
Development in PC industry.
Advanced leadership skills for driving cross functional groups, demonstrates p
roblem solving capability and drive for results.
Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles.
Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality.
Desirable Requirements
Good oral communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
