Sr. FW Engineer
【職務說明/應徵條件】
key responsibilities:
‧ USB Type-C, HDMI, or DP related Embedded Controller firmware development
‧ Intel NIOS FW development for FPGA platform.
‧ System Hardware design with HW engineers
‧ USB Type-C, DP, or HDMI related analysis and debugging between Product and
DUT
‧ Participate USB Type-C related WGs from USB-IF in order to familiar with co
re technology.
‧ Support product development plans (schedule, meeting design inputs, validat
ion) for product manager
Skills and experience required:
‧ Minimum 5 years experiences in USB Type-C, DP, or HDMI related FW developme
nt
‧ Proficiency in C is required, C++ knowledge is a plus
‧ Understanding and experience with ARM/RISC-V platform and architecture/inst
ruction set.
‧ Inter-processor interface knowledge and debugging skills will be necessary.
I.e., I2C, SPI, Uart, ADC
‧ USB Type-C, HDMI, and DP project Development Experience will be a significa
nt plus
‧ Familiar with either Host, Device, or Power application design will be a pl
us
‧ Familiar with any of the listed protocols USB data, TBT, DP, HDMI, USB-C Ch
arging (BC1.2, QC......) is a massive plus.
‧ Familiar with Linux Kernel and Application or STM MCU development environme
nt will be a plus
‧ Strong ability and motivation to work individually as part of virtual teams
‧ Excellent collaborative skills and great team player
‧ Good communication skills in English

【出差外派】總部在芬蘭，基本上疫情過後都有機會去出差包含受訓及Seminar
【上班時段】符合台灣勞動法規，彈性無須打卡，時差關係基本上上午是你自由時間可以
自由運用
【薪資福利】
薪資: 年薪 150萬~250萬
福利: 額外Allowance (Insurance, Parking......etc)
特休: 20天

【備註】
此職位基本上會有約莫20%的時間都是使用英文。另外因為有三個site的關係remote work
會比較頻繁，總公司位於芬蘭(快樂國度?)的因素公司步調會相對較慢且非常講究人權。
此外芬蘭很注重員工的權益所以基本上Work Load並不會太重因為都是很確切的以40小時
每週工時為基本。
