大意大概是哈妹自己說這半年來從澳網累積下來的疲累和傷痛無法釋放導致這場比賽自己
的表現並不專業，無法專注，希望給自己放個假寵愛自己當個普通女孩，做任何事情除了
網球，並忘了巡迴賽忘了這場比賽，這是個艱難的比賽。
但未來看起來是美好的，事實上我是法網的冠軍，這是件非常棒的事情，我絕對會好好享
受我的假期的。

Halep: I need a break
Sometimes after a shock defeat, a player can still be utterly bewildered when
facing the media an hour or so later, unable to offer any explanation for thei
r reverse. But not in the case of Simona Halep, after her third round loss to
world No.48 Su-Wei Hsieh meant the Romanian was added to the bizarre rollcall
of conquered big names at Wimbledon 2018. The No.1 seed – whose pre-eminent r
anking was already certain to remain unchanged before this match began – was
briskly matter-of-fact in placing the blame at her own door.?
“She deserved to win, but the match was very unprofessional for me,” Halep s
aid simply, without distress. “I just was too negative to myself, talking too
much. I was leading the match and I couldn't finish it. I'm just realistic an
d honest with myself. I accept that it was an unprofessional attitude from me.
I am too tired. My muscles are gone. I couldn't stay focused.
“I had a great year. Six months have been great, but even though the final [a
t the Australian Open] in Melbourne is a long time ago, all the pressure and t
ension is still in my body. I have pain everywhere. I am tired from everything
. I’m quite relaxed about saying this. I don’t want to hide anything.”?

By contrast, Hsieh was not only delighted but delightful, utterly charming the
room with her smiles and colourful gestures to illustrate the complexities of
her famously confounding game. This win was the second time this year she has
beaten a Grand Slam winner to progress to the fourth round of a major, follow
ing her defeat ofarbi鎑 Muguruza湶n Australia.
“Sometime can go good way - sometime not going good way,” grinned 32-year-ol
d Hsieh, cheerfully. “I haven’t learned how to be giant killer. I just want
to feel free and enjoy the match. You know anything can happen on the court. Y
ou don't have big chance to win, because they're very good. So all I want to d
o is just go on the court and hit the shot and run every point and enjoy it. B
ecause this age, you have a few injuries. Always difficult to come back. Even
when I lose, this is a good match, running so hard and fighting so hard for ev
ery point, this is great for me.”
So the Chinese Taipei player goes into the second week at Wimbledon for the ve
ry first time, where she will face two-time quarter-finalist餸ominika Cibulkov
ain the last 16. According to Hsieh, the unseeded players are trying hard not
to think about the opportunities opening up for them. But Halep believes anyon
e remaining in the draw can now win, although quite naturally she has no appet
ite either to watch or play for a while.
“I will take a holiday,” she declared. “Anything but tennis. Chilling, rest
ing, doing nothing. Just enjoying life. I gave everything I had to tennis this
period. Now I want just to spoil myself and be a normal girl. Just forget thi
s tournament, forget this match because it's a tough one.
“But still the future looks good. The fact that I am Roland-Garros champion m
akes it very, very nice. So I will enjoy my holiday, for sure.”
