是說,在日本和韓國,有一半的勞動人口超過65歲 嗎?
2. In many developed countries,
gross public debt is now higher than gross domestic product.
In Japan it's almost 250%. Greece, Italy, Portugal and Ireland are
in good company with the U.S. in having public debt well above 100% of GDP.
我翻成-

3. A period of reasonable growth and declining interest payments is precisely
when countries should balance their budgets and get their public debt
