沒想到我本來只是單純的H1b Cap Exempt Extension變成非常複雜的情況，公司捅了婁子
搞的我可能得被迫在H1b效期結束時(6/29)離開公司。因為我公司雖是Non-Profit, 但不符合
H1b的Non-Profit定義 (我公司沒有跟大學機構有直接的關係，也沒有做很多研究)，可是
我去年被辦在Cap Exempt，卻被通過。但今年我請新律師辦，他看了文件後再跟我公司溝
通，最後說不接我案子，說是風險太高他辦了的話會毀了他招牌。我回去找舊律師，他用
其他理由藉口不幫我辦。
我有一位同事今年請我舊律師辦他的案件(initial application)，三月底送件辦在Cap
Exempt Prium Process, 四月底被移民局RFE要公司出具證明有做研究，現在六月了公司
還拿不出有力證明。
我再找其他不同的律師，全部都拒絕我不幫我辦。
我想從H1b Cap Exempt 轉F1，已經找到學校在6/23以前可發I-20。
但6/25就開課。
我想請問若我拿到I20請學校國際學生中心幫我辦change of status(I-539?)，送件後再等
待核准時，我可以馬上開始上課嗎? 還是要等到核准後才可以上課?
我若6/25上課，但H1b效期一樣到6/29結束，這樣身分有重疊幾天可以嗎? 月底兩週我有
很多假可以請掉就不去上工了。
情況有點複雜，希望有人可以幫忙回答，謝謝。
