我教授想說實驗室的越南學妹都沒出過國
於是讓他在碩班畢業前，去美國參加九月中舉辦的研討會開開視野
機票跟旅館甚麼的都處理好了之後，就剩下大魔王AIT需要處理
於是就照著板上建議，準備了機票跟旅館證明、摘要接受函(研討會沒發邀請信)、財力證
明之類的資料就衝AIT了
第一次面試問題如下，學妹中文不行但英文很好，所以全程英文：
AIT: Why will you go to USA?
Ans: I am going to joint in XXX meeting
AIT: Show me your invitation letter.
Ans: Sorry I don’t have, but I have acceptance letter for my abstract.
AIT: How long have you been in Taiwan?
Ans: I have stayed here for 1.5 years.
AIT: Have you ever gone to other country?
Ans: No, I have not
AIT: How long will you stay in USA?
Ans: 5 days
AIT: Who will you go with?
Ans: No, only me
AIT: What is your schedule in USA?
Ans: I just stay in conference
AIT: Sorry, ……
被打回家了
於是第二次去跟研討會要了邀請信
同行人加入要一起去的教授，教授還幫忙寫信證明自己同行
再準備了研討會的日程表和科技部的補助公文
AIT: Why will you go to USA?
Ans: I am going to XXX meeting.
AIT: what is that?
Ans: XXX (introduction)
AIT: What will you do there?
Ans: I will give a presentation as poster.
AIT: Show me your abstract
Ans: yes, here please.
AIT: What is your poster talking about?
Ans: My research is about XXX.
AIT: Are your research covered by any project?
Ans: No, but my data comes from one project.
AIT: How long have you been in Taiwan?
Ans: I have stayed here for 1.5 years.
AIT: Why do you stay in Taiwan.
Melinda: I am Master student in XXX University.
AIT: What is your major?
Melinda: XXX.
AIT: Sorry, at this time, I cannot accept you for visa.
因為九月就要研討會了，勢必要衝第三次，不然機票旅館甚麼的錢都白花了
但學妹那邊已經不知道還可以準備甚麼
因此想問板上大大們能不能給一些建議，看看還有甚麼可以加強的部分?
