F1, 5年過期, 第二次申請
我昨天早上11/13 9am面試
面試官問做什麼研究和是否有military application (comm. system, commercialized c
ell phone application, no military application)
最後他說：you are all set, good luck for your study
心想太好了沒收到紅單（我前一位有收到）
今天11/14中午12點上網查，結果顯示Administrative Processing
爬了文看到有人也是沒收紅單但還是AP，心想大概中了AP
因為這週六要用護照, 我就打電話+寄email 希望可以借出護照

兩次都是大陸口音
都叫我寄email要求護照借出
跟他確認是不是AP，他說網站上是那就應該是
寫信到[email protected]
說明面試沒告知AP但網站查詢有AP, 並要求借出護照
得到回復要further information for borrow passport .
然後我回了他要的information
也寫到[email protected]
沒回（大概收這個email是美國時間上班的？）
大約下午三點我又上網查了一次
結果status 變成 issued!!
Passport status 則是 processed for delivery
然後四點左右我又收到從[email protected]兩封來信
一封說又說要further information for borrow passport
而且要一堆information
另一封問我please verify whether or not you have the tracking number of the pas
sport
兩封我都回 I don’t need to borrow my passport anymore, please make sure the d
elivery process will be in time
剛剛又收到了一封, We understand that you would like to check on the status of
your passport.
As further checked the system, it appears that the processing of your case has
been completed. As we checked your profile, the tracking number is now availa
ble. The tracking number is: xxxxxxxxxxx
心得：
1）0277417989 語音按 2 4 1 1 可快速有專人接聽，好像都大陸人
2）[email protected] 回信溝通有點不順, 但還是有幫助，回信速度也
還ok
3）網站上查到Administrative Processing 好像不見得是需要up to 60 days的administ
rative processing？
