想請問版上前輩
如何填寫下列這題:
Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United
States Citizenship and Immigration Services?
我當初有參加綠卡抽籤(DV)並且有submit DS260
在這個問題上應該是選擇Yes or No 呢?
這個問題的petition是專指I-140還是沒有限制?
遞交DS260 是否又等於是filed an immigrant petition呢?

有送 DS-260 就是 Yes 了I-130/I-140/DS-230/DS-260/I-485有送過一個就是 Yes
