大家好，想請問Full-Time H1B prevailing wage的計算問題。
看到網上跟本版1496篇推文有提到只要“時薪”達標即可。
結合美國勞工局對full-time employee的說明；
“If the H-1B worker is certified for “full-time employment” on the Labor
Condition Application (LCA),…,A full-time week is 40 hours per week, unless
the employer can demonstrate that less than 40 hours per week is full-time
employment in its regular course of business. In no event would less than 35
hours per week be considered to be full-time employment.”
所以雇主最低需要支付full-time H1B 雇員的年薪就是：
該level的Hourly Rate 乘以 35 （full-time H1B每週最低工時）乘以每年52周
請問以上的計算方式對嗎？
