名詞解釋一下，in court of law 是陪審制的法庭制度

意思是會認識到新的人，是算跟你關係蠻近的，不要輕舉妄動或對他立下批判，搞清楚他的背景..?靜觀其變？我的觀察啦~

法官“主導”訴訟程序，比較貼切一點

應該是說：你(法官)現在正準備評判一個新出現的對象(被告)當然你是主導整個審判過程沒有錯，但是別忘了還有陪審團的意見，而陪審團有時其地位與性質會與被告有相似性(譬如說年齡或背景相仿，譬如總不能讓平均20歲的年輕人去審酌50歲罪犯的案件)陪審團制度在台灣不施行，但在美國是常軌，法官的判決將採納陪審團的意見作為基礎依據，甚至有可能將判決交付陪審團決定。美國法律電影中常看到。
