You may have a new perspective on an old conflict with a family member or an
old friend. You may have recently lost your temper with this person based on
behavior you see as childish or irresponsible in some way. But losing your
temper won't change anything, as you have seen from past experience, and this
person may actually have some issues that are the source of the behavior. Try
to show more compassion and empathy for this individual, and they may reach
out to you for guidance. That could be the beginning of reconciliation or at
least of something positive.
