Most human beings crave some sort of structure. A work routine, for example,
where you leave at a certain time, pick up a coffee, perhaps read the paper -
these habits give you structure. So, even a bad habit can provide you with
structure, which makes it harder to break. You may be doing something now
that brings you comfort and a sense of security, even though it isn't best
for you. This may be on your mind now, and this is an ideal time to replace
that habit with something that is much better for you. It can bring the
structure and comfort you need.
